Château raffiné offers dishes rich in flavour, cooked with fresh local produce.
In the heart of a shaded park with century-old trees, La Ferrière welcomes you to its elegant, refined setting where serenity, well-being and tranquility reign. This early 19th century castle is ideally located in the Châteaubriant region. The creative, modern chef, while anchored in tradition and his team, will introduce you to dishes that are rich in flavour and not without refinement, cooked with fresh produce and local produce. Foie gras terrine, cherry chutney, raspberry splintered nougatine or white asparagus mille-feuille and its smoked and dried pork filet mignon should help to whet your appetite in a beautiful way. Continue with a back of cod in white butter or Ancenis chicken breast, green crab sauce and zucchini stuffed with oyster mushrooms. As for sweetness, the cheesecake with three lemons on its LU biscuit should finish delighting your taste buds.
