With a wealth of experience in the restaurant business, Nicolas and Pauline have now embarked on their foodtruck adventure! They offer burgers and salads, and work exclusively with local producers. Everything is homemade, from the fries to the breads and sauces, and the packaging is compostable. The menu varies according to the season and producers' offerings, but you'll always find two of our customers' favorite burgers: the chicken burger (organic chicken, goat's tomme, onion confit, honey-mustard sauce) and the Nantes curé burger.
