En weekend à Pornic pour profiter "doucement" et "calmement" d'un petit moment” de détente avec ma femme sur la côte de Jade, sans les enfants.....
Des rencontres "improbables" avec la beauté des lieux mais aussi la "beauté" de certaines personnes..... Au débotté, on nous propose à Arthon en Retz une chambre d'hôte pour notre 2ième nuit ...on nous recommande un restaurant "traditionnel et du terroir".... et la surprise... nous avons été simplement charmés, conquis, ému....Génial
Tant de générosité dans cette "cuisine" "haut les cœurs" .... Cuisine "simple" et haut de gamme à la fois ..... un chef qui propose sa sensibilité et son professionnalisme dans ses plats ..... Épatant, Épatés ... un pur moment de bonheur.... Un Restaurant terroir et tradition plus proche de "gastronomique" à petit prix au regard de l’exaltation de nos papilles.... Et un chef, Yannick ROGUET en harmonie avec ses compositions. .... Du vrai, du bon, du bonheur, de la générosité ... Merci
