The 4 écogîtes are neighbors. With a surface area of 95 m ², the "green" and the "blue" have 3 rooms and can accommodate 6 people. The "yellow" and the "red" of 65 m ² have two bedrooms and are planned for 4 people. All have a wooden frame, a tile roof and insulation with hemp wool and cellulose wadding. All this helps reduce the consumption of energy. The renewable solutions are to the credit, including solar panels connected to the water heater and a heat pump with floor heating. Water consumption is controlled by a rainwater recovery tank for the feeding of the washing machine, toilets (with double flow water) and watering the garden. All appliances are in class A (low energy consumption), including a freezer, a washing machine and a washing machine. The site has a semi-enclosed garden of 350 m ² with a private terrace and a common space for the 2 North gîtes. Common collection and slide service available.
