LE KİLBUS
A choice of starters, main courses and desserts from a cuisine based on fresh products, displayed on a large slate in Clisson.
A stone's throw from the halls of the old town, the Kilbus has become a must for home cooking in Clisson. The large slate displayed in the window offers a choice of three starters, three main courses, three desserts, because here we only cook fresh products. Creamy buckwheat shortbread with ricotta cheese and herbs, wild brill fillet with tangerine hollandaise sauce and three chocolate domes with passion fruit... So many appetizing suggestions that make you want to push the door of the Kilbus, which by its slang name in reference to a litre of wine, also announces a fine selection to accompany your dishes. The suggestion of the day such as the veal pastilla confit, crushed potatoes and truffle oil and the excellent burgers from the south complete this original and promising picture. Once settled in this quiet setting with its vintage decoration, we appreciate the discreet welcome and the perfect training. To make us wait, a verrine full of flavours announces a meal as fine as it is tasty. The promise is fully kept.... The owners' passion for cooking and wine can be found on the plate and in the glass, where everything will be nothing but delight and harmony.
