Homemade pancakes, galettes and ice cream made from organic buckwheat flour in an address with a terrace.

A colourful window with a small terrace. Welcome to Laurence Atelier. Here, pancakes, patties and ice creams are made "house". To order, we note his choice on a slate, with chalk. This is not to not children. Its galette is made from the list of ingredients. For pancakes, there is only one thing to choose from. Then: caramel/orange, pear/chocolate, ice cream foam? Black wheat flour is organic and all products (egg, cheese, cold meats, jam, cider…) local. Laurence's Workshop After a nice walk in the beautiful town of Clisson, a stop is needed for a small snack… We randomly chose the "Laurence Workshop". It is also the original and colorful storyline that leads us to cross the door. The reception is nice. On the other hand, it's small and it's quickly close to another consumer. Lack of privacy. The second originality is you who compose your menu by listing your ingredients on a slate. That is good and it allows them to be disagreed at the checkout. We chose sweet cakes and appreciated quality and taste. The price is quite correct. To advise.
