DOMAINE GUILBAUD
A family estate since 1927, the domain Guilbaud is a strong reference in the muscadet-goat-maine appellation. Since the origins, Guilbaud brothers has reconciled the best of tradition with high-level technicality, producing wines of high purity of fruit, fresh and racked. Thanks to the exceptional location of its family vineyards, as well as a great knowledge of the countryside, this area offers a wide range of quality wines. The Château de la Pingossière can be tasted on seafood, but it harmonizes perfectly with grilled river fish such as sandre or pike. The Nantais Sun offers a soft mouth attack with exotic fruit notes (grapefruit, lemon…). It is a balanced wine, with freshness and a long and extensive finish. He marries very well with toast of tuna or salmon rillets, with citrus-prone Saint-Jacques, with green pepper loadings, with Mi-baked goat cheese, or with saint-marcellin. The Domaine de la Moutonnière appears on the Marian oysters of Oléron and is also appreciated on grilled fish: Sweetheart, dorads. The Grand Gold is to be tasted on mussels or oysters; It is also recommended on salmon cakes and tagliatelle. You also have Le Clos du Pont.
