AUBERGE DU TİRE BOUCHON
Inn offering a bistronomic cuisine with fresh products, fresh seafood and a market menu.
A few minutes from Nantes, make a gourmet stop in Couffé! A former post office in 1914, it is in the heart of this historic place that Flore and Fabrice Colman revive the spirit of the real traditional inn under the exposed stone vaults of the Auberge du Tire-Bouchon! During the week, the clientele of workers mingles with the local regulars. At weekends, tourists and family meals are welcome. Here, we cook in a "bistronomic" way, using fresh products, while adapting to everyone's budget! Bottles of local wine hang on the wall, and a real well sits in the middle of the room. The plates are gourmet and colourful. Fresh sardines, pyramids of crispy prawns, peach return with Nantes white butter, duck breast roasted in salt: tradition rubs shoulders with modernity and the chef's creativity. The market menu or the menu of flavours are as much a feast for the eyes as for the taste buds. Iced coffee parfait or Japanese cheesecake and its battalion of strawberries in season are just a few examples of the moment. In short, a magnificent inn for a delicious moment! The restaurant is also a hotel. Go there!
