Delicious, original verrines made from duck and other gourmet products. The recipes are sometimes simple and classic, sometimes surprising, but always tasty, like the pure duck rillettes with Trompe Souris beer; the rillettes with pumpkin and coconut milk or the rillettes with red beans and sweet pepper, orange, lemon confit, Curé nantais.... or the duck foies gras with Guérande salt. In short, nothing but good, local produce (ducks raised in the surrounding communes, Muscadet from the vineyards, Guérande salt...).
