In this delightful gourmet restaurant 15 minutes from Nantes, master restaurateur Olivier Guenoun offers generous, creative market cuisine featuring local produce. Start with foie gras with Armagnac, followed by scallops and langoustines, seasonal vegetables and langoustine bisque, or delicious meats such as Breton duck breast with honey and ginger notes, and potato millefeuille. For dessert, we love the Milk Chocolate Sphere with vanilla insert, banana and shortbread cookie. Excellent value for money!
