ROUL'GALETTES
Antoine, a pastry chef by training, opened this artisanal biscuit factory in 2014. He works with local raw materials and does handcrafted work, to the delight of our taste buds! He makes traditional biscuits, such as Breton pucks and shortbreads, kouign amans and other four quarters. But it has also developed its own specialities: muscadet cakes, buckwheat cakes and a whole range of cereal sweets, such as oatmeal, sesame, cocoa cranes and its now indispensable caramel... with among them the P'tits déj des gourmands. However, there is no shop to discover this biscuit factory, which works in partnership with a few shops in Nantes, including Choc-Hola. It should also be noted that Antoine can be found in Mesquer, on the market, every Wednesday in July and August.
