However, the region is rather lively and Guéméné-Penfao is a green resort that really deserves to be known. In fact, canoeing on the Don, swimming in the surrounding ponds and dining out in the many restaurants will make for an anti-stress holiday. A hike through the Don valley to the majestic site of Juzet will enchant you, unless you prefer to explore the paths by bike or on horseback. On your return, take advantage of the swimming pool, before enjoying a drink at the bar. There's also a pétanque court, two heated swimming pools and a waterslide, a children's playground, table tennis, a bar with TV, table soccer, darts and a snack bar. In addition, opposite the campsite, there's a municipal indoor swimming pool with whirlpool bath, 2 tennis courts with free access, a skate park and a multisport field. Plenty to keep you busy. Shops are just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to do your shopping.
