LA FERME DES MARAIS
Located near Goulaine marshes, the Marais farm is a family story and passion. A family story initiated by two brothers, Pascal and Didier Ganacheau joined by their nephew Antoine Saupin in 2009. And a story of passion: that of farming and farming. At the farm of the Marais, the poultry are high in the open air following a reasoned agriculture and in a process of respect for animal welfare, as are the charolaise cows, pasting into natural grasslands, hearing without fertilizer, pesticides and other chemicals. Poultry and cattle are sold directly on the farm and on local markets. In Haute-gouwoaine (close to the church), they can be found all the mornings; in low gouves (under halles), they are there every Wednesday morning and we can buy the fermière meat of the Marais in Vertou, square of the bartray, every Saturday morning.
