The Auberge de Ker Roland is an old farmhouse in the heart of the countryside, just a few minutes from La Roche-Bernard. You'll fall under the spell of the room's exposed stonework, all the more so if you dine by the fire. The cuisine is inventive, inspired by the land and sea, and features local producers. We chose the fish of the moment, compote of autumn vegetables with kasha seeds, espuma smoked beurre blanc style. After a Pavlova pear sorbet, vanilla crème montée and sweet-spiced pear coulis, take a stroll to the port of Arzal.
