CHRISTOPHE DROUILLET
A former student of Lenôtre, Séguin and Rostang, Christophe Drouillet made himself known as the Dirigeant Park, a renowned restaurant in La Baule. Established for years on the guérandaise peninsula as a caterer, it also offers cooking courses at home, individually or in groups. Specifically how does this happen?
