Yummy is the shop of the famous pastry chef Christophe Roussel. This snack bar is ideally located in the heart of the busiest avenue in La Baule. Christophe Roussel presents a new concept: a snack bar, yes, but upscale. You will of course find pastries and small pastries, sandwiches, salads, salted vegetable pies, hot drinks... The difference with other snack establishments: quality. The products processed are fresh and as local as possible. You can enjoy farm chickens from Challans, mozzarella AB, PDO butter, brown sugar, Limousin cottage cheese and organic market vegetables. Everything is homemade and worked on site.
