CHATEAU CASSEMICHERE
This estate, the cradle of the Burgundy melon, enjoys a regional and international reputation for its typical and high quality Muscadets, Chardonnays and Gamays. Built at the beginning of the 17th century, the Château de la Cassemichère is in the heart of the Nantes vineyards. With 45 hectares of vines, it has expanded and completed its range of wines by acquiring the Montifault estate. The wines are made with passion, respecting the traditional Muscadet-Sèvre-et-Maine "sur lie" vinification process and paying particular attention to the vines in an organic approach.
