Welcome to Mi Noodles! This Vietnamese and Thai restaurant belongs to Thi Hong, the smiling owner. She works as a family, and you can feel the love of home cooking shared here by local customers! The restaurant is somewhat hidden away in the La Chapelle-sur-Erdre business park (Erdre Active). It's a must-see, especially as it's open for lunch and dinner on weekdays and open to all. On the spot or to take away. Come and try the house specialties, with starters such as nems, shrimp tempura, vegetable gyoza or assorted starters. Then there are the à la carte specialties: Pad Thaï (rice noodles sautéed with chicken, shrimps, etc.), Luc Lac (marinated beef cubes with onions, etc.), shrimps in satay sauce, the famous Bo Bun (served hot and cold) with rice vermicelli, or Vege! The portions are generous and tasty! You can also enjoy a tiramisu revisited or a mango mousse for those with a sweet tooth. The year-round terrace and warm interior decor are further assets.
