The Joconde is two young men who are behind this amazing concept: an open-floor tourist bus! This is what we could say in front of this new food truck, literally bus truck, which opens its doors and also… its roof. We come here to taste tasty home hamburgers. These are the two sisters, the two «JO», alias John and Johann, who offer us this fast-food fast in their way. The originality? This bus has a double cap: it can host events (and therefore the world!) on the roof! Recipe side, nantes burgers with the inevitable Joconde: beef, county, salad, tomato, red onions, Joconde sauce, mayonnaise in paprika. Also taste the Talensac: Beef, nantes nantes, salad, tomato, red onion compode, herb mayonnaise. For poultry, humor is due to the Waldeck (the police station of Nantes!) whose recipe is at the… chicken: cut chicken pieces, chorizo, salad, tomato, red onions, home ketchup. The nature adapts will pretend to pretend to be like buddies in a vegetarian "burger" called Le Saint-Mihel: goat foam, salad, tomato, red onions, honey mustard… Each burger is accompanied by fresh fries home (cooked in beef fat for more basement) and a drink. Looking closer, he surprises this Joconde.
