Chef David Guérin and his Peruvian wife Noélia offer an inventive menu rich in flavors, taking taste buds on a voyage of inspiration drawn from the chef's experiences abroad. The produce is fresh, the dishes meticulous and the service warm and impeccable. In a vintage-chic style with turquoise hues, enjoy a starter of duck foie gras with green apple chutney. Then feast on pork mignon, mango, potato gnocchi with tonka bean chicken jus, or fish depending on availability, accompanied by mussels, combawa and potatoes. Finally, enjoy the divine strawberry pavlova. A very fine address.
