FERME LAITIÈRE DE LA PANNETIÈRE
Three associated farmers, Clément, Pierrick and Jérémy, with some sixty dairy cows living in the open air and grazing peacefully over 150 hectares, make quality and dairy products rhyme. Certified organic agriculture since 2011 and a member of the Terroirs 44 network, the Pannetière farm offers a range of taste, soil and know-how: Yogurt, white cheese, fresh cheese says Le Petit Douet, tomb and raclette rolls… You will find these products on the market of Chapelle-sur-Erdre and Talensac (at the Cheese Factory des Halles and in the Blue Bank). Also in two farms of La Chapelle-sur-Erdre specialized in direct sale: the fruit farm of La Hautière and the Ferme du Limeur, and on the Ranjonnière farm in Bouguenais. Finally, for those who want to discover the dairy farm of La Pannetière, an open house is organized on May 1 in partnership with some twenty producers: poultry, eggs, milk, fruit and vegetables, honey, foie gras, charcuterie, beer, wine or salt… For children, discovery of animals and joyful walks!
