Denis and Gisèle Doucet have set up shop in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, opening a lovely business on the route de la Gergaudière, a few minutes from the town centre. None of the products here can be found in supermarkets or in the Nantes agglomeration, so you are bound to find some great finds. At the Doucet's we like authentic things. There is a market garden here with fruit and vegetables from the region. One also comes for the meats (Challans), the various pure pork Auvergne sausages.
