Do you know the White Clover Farm at La Chapelle-sur-Erdre? It's one of those farms where you can enjoy short tours in the region, and it's a real novelty for us to treat ourselves, thanks to good products directly from the producer. Blandine, Marine and her brother have taken over the marketing of the farm from their parents. A beautiful shop open to the public has been opened in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre where you can find products from the neighbouring farm. People come here to stock up on good farmhouse meats but also to leave with the good breads of the brother who has become his ... baker. Organic beef from the Montbéliarde breed, milk-fed calves, with products from organic farming, let's tell ourselves! But also canned food, raw milk thanks to the 80 dairy cows, eggs: everything is good, very fresh and in short circuit!
