Committed for more than 20 years to organic farming, the Trèfle Blanc farm offers beef from the Montbéliard breed. The herd is fed with fodder mostly from the farm. This quasi-autonomy is ensured thanks to a quality production. One third of the land is cultivated for animal feed: cereals, protein crops, forage rape and silage corn. The rest of the land is used for grazing. The farm offers packages of beef and veal from 5 to 15 kg. Sales are organized every month, check the dates on their website.
