At Philmore, we don't stir the pot. They have plenty of ideas for sharing their passions: beer bar, bistronomic restaurant, festive home parties. And, of course, beers with equally catchy names, such as the Jazz and Britpop blondes (with citrus), the amber Cumbia, the red Afrobeat (ginger and hibiscus), and a few seasonal series (Soul with blackcurrant, New Orleans with thyme). Philmore is also home to Umami, another enthusiast's unique, refined creation beers, including a pre-fermentation method, to be tasted at the bar too!
