Installed since 2010, in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, this pretty cellar offers a demanding selection of wines and spirits. Stéphane Moulin, cellarman and master of the place has beautiful bottles : Beaujolais nouveau "Bio" Domaine Chasselay Chatillon d'Azergues, "Les Hirondelles" from Domaine Boissezon Guiraud in the Hérault, "L'Instant Tannay" Melon from Xavier & Jérôme Garnier in Ligny-le-Châtel... Among the spirits are: Armagnac, such as the Bas-Armagnac produced by the Domaine du Tariquet aged 8 years, the Dominican Republic rum Relicario Supremo composed of a blend of 10 and 15 year old Dominican rums, but also the first Korean whisky Hwayo X. Premium, Hwayo Distillery, produced exclusively from rice . Not forgetting a nice novelty: the By Vinodivin cellar offers a selection of products that marvellously accompany its beautiful bottles. These include: 30 to 40 references of cheeses from the Beillevaire house (all made with raw milk and home-made), charcuterie from Brittany and top-of-the-range grocery items. By Vinodivin is the ideal place to prepare aperitifs with quality food and wine pairings.
