Just outside Nantes, a small organic market-gardening operation is working to ethically delight your taste buds! Thom Pousse promotes local, seasonal farming that respects the environment. For those who are committed to high-quality, short-circuit food, baskets of Thomas' vegetables can be picked up at the farm's "drive" point, at relay points, in companies, via AMAPs or on Thursday evenings at the farm market (with other local producers: cheese, honey, herbal teas, bread...).
