Ferme Fruitière de la Hautière, in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, with its 35 hectares of cultivated land and varieties selected for their gustatory qualities, is THE ideal destination for filling up on vitamins and fruit delicacies. In the completely renovated store, you'll find fruit and vegetables grown on site, as well as products processed from local produce by Alexandre, Benoît and their team. A wide range of jams, compotes, sorbets, coulis and delicious fruit juices, including the new strawberry nectars and sparkling fruit juices (strawberry apple, raspberry apple, lemon apple). Among the three succulent strawberry varieties created at the farm, the Capella is always a gourmet's delight. And let's not forget our soups, the benefits of which have already been proven. The farm also sells fresh produce from small local producers (meat, cheese, yoghurt, butter) and, in partnership with a winegrower, a number of Loire Valley vintages. You'll find spreads from Gourmandises de Ludo, honey from Nicolas Roux, spices and teas from Épices à ma guise, herbal teas from Mathilde Beaudoin, beef direct from Jean-Pierre Martin, foie gras from the Mitteault family (Vienne).... The farm also offers fruit compositions and fruit or vegetable baskets to order, as well as gift baskets. Giving the gift of excellent products straight from the farm is an idea to be shared on any occasion. A vending machine has recently been installed to ensure you get the best of these products whatever the day or time. And don't forget the Hespérides garden, open from May to the end of September, ideal for a stroll! Nature just a stone's throw from Nantes.
