The restaurant des Pêcheurs has a good reputation and welcomes you for your individual or group meals in Passay in the heart of the Grand-Lieu lake, where you can go for a walk after your meal. Among the specialities, a delicious home-made foie gras, eels, frogs' legs with peach sauce, pike-perch with butter, crayfish with Armoricaine sauce, pan-fried scallops with Monbazillac or gambas flambéed with whisky. The home-made profiteroles will delight the gourmets. At lunchtime, the menu of the day, with its excellent value for money, will make people happy!

Stationnement dans la rue face au restaurant.
Accueil moyen. La salle est grande, agréable avec de nombreux tableaux noirs et blancs reflétant la vie d’autre fois. Nous sommes installés auprès du magnifique aquarium.
Nous choisissons le menu à 25,00 euros. Les plats sont copieux et chauds. Les poissons (cendre et anguille) reflétant une certaine fraîcheur, sont accompagnés de petits légumes. Excellent dessert. Le service est un peu trop «cool » à notre gout. La nappe et les serviettes sont en papier. Cela manque de classe … C’est dommage.
Possibilité ensuite de se promener à pied sur les bords du lac de Grand Lieu.

Un peu déçu par le poisson servi, un brochet pêché surement dans le lac de Grand Lieu, mais assez fade, heureusement la sauce au beurre blanc donnait un peu de goût, l'addition est un peu salée.

Two menus with 21.90 one Saturday evening. Personally I took frog they and fish duet flotante. Frogs: beignent in a sauce with cream well too spicy and too heavy, the heated, dry frogs non melting as they would owe the being. The fish is correct but nothing more. Because of frogs and their too heavy sauce I asked to change dessert. I then took a pineapple carpaccio. It was decorated with cherries to syrup, inedible. The cuisine is worthy of a good quarter restaurant and nothing more. As for the decor...There is a small room looks but there we eaten in a large canteen with tablecloths in blank paper and any decor and any privacy. suffice to say that we will never return in this simple canteen E week. The welcome is minimalist as the rest.
