In the south-east of Nantes, in the heart of the nantes vineyard and the name Muscadet Sèvre and Maine, Frédéric Guilbaud has been operating the vineyard of Brittany for 20 years, one of the oldest farms in the village of The Hague-Fouassière. It offers a Muscadet built from a unique grape variety, the Melon de Bourgogne, elegant and delicate, combining perfectly with seafood of course but also white meats and cheeses. Muscadet, Muscadet Sèvre and Maine on Lie, Muscadet high prestige in oak barrel and sparkling wine Pearl Pearl are the production that Frédéric will be happy to make you discover.
