Integrating with a wide selection of the sea market, sweet and savoury sweet products, and traditional recipes revisited, surprising and appealing: cognac lobster moss, seaweed tartare, mackerel leeks, shrimp muslin… Shellfish, fish and crustaceans in soup, dish or aperitif: Surprise your guests with amazing iodinated flavors.
