Since opening their first bakery and patisserie in Bayonne in 2010, Valérie and Philippe can be proud of how far they've come, with the opening of a second boutique, Le Petit Gascon, and the latest acquisition, Mauriac, a Bayonne institution. The first boutique is home to the lab, where marmitons, bakers and patissiers are busy every day (and every night). Renowned for the quality of its breads, you'll also find sandwiches, savoury tarts and pastries, from the traditional to the most innovative.
