Arlette is the name of Caroline's grandmother, who gave her a taste for good patisserie. A graduate of the Ferrandi school in Paris, a benchmark... After traveling the world with her baker companion, they set down their suitcases and utensils on rue d'Espagne, in the heart of Bayonne. The store smells of flour, warm bread and homemade pastries.
