Sua Bontà (Italian for "goodness") returns to its roots, becoming an ice cream parlour with its own counter and small terrace. Gianluca, our colorful master ice-cream maker with his lilting accent, makes genuine Italian ice creams, handcrafted with Italian ingredients and homemade whipped cream. It's a whole range of authentic flavors for young and old gourmets alike. In view of his success, our talented chef had the good idea of opening his own convivial restaurant, Parole di Sua Bontà, on the banks of the River Nive in little Bayonne.
