In the Rue des Chocolatiers, L'Atelier des Frangins offers a selection of refined viennoiseries with an original aesthetic, and cakes that have nothing to envy the master pastry chefs of the Basque country. Creative and inspired combinations, based on local products for the most part. Bérenger and Simon, our 2 artist-craftsmen, revisit the standards of traditional patisserie in generous proportions in their lab at the back of the store, with plump, gourmet croissants and chocolatines, not forgetting the snacks of the day.
