We can't resist this delicious cake, with its pastry cream bursting with choux pastry. A delight for young and old alike, resurrected here thanks to the expertise of our young Master Craftsman. An institutional address which has recently been taken over and which also offers other "homemade" pastries, sandwiches, special breads... Created by the famous Parisian pastry chef Chiboust in 1840, he gave the name to the street where his business was located.
