Since 1946, artisanal skills adapted to traditional cured meat recipes have been part of the DNA of the Basque Country and beyond! Maison Montauzer is one of the jewels in the crown of authentic Basque gastronomy. Among its various stores, markets and workshops well established in the heart of the terroir, it is also Bayonne's radiant showcase that "breathes" top-of-the-range Ibaïama hams... -20 months maturing minimum-, foies gras, terrines, rillettes, home-cooked dishes, not to mention custom-made gift boxes.

Fraîchement arrivée dans la region, j’ai découvert hier matin cette charcuterie. Je suis agréablement surprise par le dynamisme de l’équipe et leurs bons conseils.
Les paupiettes étaient excellentes !

J'ai été à la boutique montauzer. Je suis une cliente fidèle mais depuis l'arrivé de leur vendeuse anais l'accueil laisse à désiré. Je suis trés déçu.
Je ne pense pas revenir.
