Sympathique visite de cette petite entreprise artisanale située en plein coeur de Bayonne. Cette visite s'est soldée par une dégustation de délicieux produits maison. Mmmmm, on en redemande.

Un lugar muy artesenal, te explican todo el proceso de elaboración de jamón curado y muy rico… nos han dado muestra al finalizar el recorrido del museo muy recomendable si quieres conocer desde adentro como se elabora un jamón. La chica muy amable éramos los únicos de habla español y nos explicó todo perfectamente luego de hablar en francés.
