Located in one of the most emblematic streets of old Bayonne, come and discover the Ferme de Beleslou boutique in the Landes region of France. Since 1962, 3 generations have passed on their know-how to bring you local gastronomic classics based around duck and pork.
Foie gras, magrets, cured meats, hams, confits, terrines and pâtés, as well as a whole range of traditional prepared dishes: axoa, garbure etc... Here you'll find all the know-how and authentic flavours of the South-West, straight from the farm.

Ferme de Beleslou offers you a wide range of Landes and Gascon products all year round, including duck, Gascon pork and foies gras. Visit our store on rue d'Espagne in Bayonne in the Basque Country.

we are proud to have been reproducing the same gestures for 3 generations, to offer you authentic and tasty recipes from our region.
FROM BREEDING TO DISH
We grow the corn we use to feed our Gascony pigs and free-range ducks, so we can guarantee you quality meat. Our Gascony pigs benefit from our oak and chestnut forests for 2 years, bringing subtle aromas and flavors to our hams and cured meats. Our recipes are then prepared in our canning facility and offered to you as part of a short distribution chain.
Quality and the pleasure of sharing. That's what prompted us to open our farm restaurant in Cagnotte in the Landes over 30 years ago, to offer you our farm-fresh products in a friendly atmosphere, surrounded by fields and the Pyrenees.
