Basque cheeses made from raw milk with the essential AOC sheep's cheeses and many other varieties such as livarot, brie, beaufort, jonchée, époisses, cantal, camembert de Normandie au lait cru, chevrotin, etc. And a very beautiful space reserved for Italian cheeses with an exceptional gorgonzola, English with the shropshire and cashel blue, and also a wide variety of goat and other Rocamadour cheeses.
