With its decoration reflecting the image of the flea markets of the region, the address smells the exceptional flavor of yesteryear. Here, conviviality, festive atmosphere and good food combine to make this place one of the best deli restaurants in this region. Stomach of sparrows, take your chance! Enjoy the delicious meats cooked over a wood fire in front of you like the vertillais pudding (produced in Vertou, delicious) or the andouillette in papillote. The menu is focused on traditional products: frogs' leg or fish with Nantes white butter, supplemented with wines of Loire.
