LA FERME DES CABRIOLES
Tania is studying in organic agriculture 40 poitevine goats in its Cabrioles farm, where the small horny beasts have 25 hectares of greenery to graze peacefully… and make beautiful cabrioles as they wish. Their milk is then worked in "raw milk", i. e. Tania never heats it beyond 37 °, and processed into lactic cheese, creamy white cheese, soft cheeses and tombs. In the lactic family, ask the little one: The little Honey and Flowers, with flamboyant capucins of the garden and roses, all edible bioforir! As for the properties of goat's milk, it is low fat (only 7%) and is also very rich in vitamins and minerals. Moreover, it is easily assimilable by the organism because of its low lactose content. Tania cheese is available on the farm on Saturday from 4:30 p. m. to 5:30 p. m., on the markets of Clisson and Talensac, as well as at the cheese store of the nantes vineyard, located next to it; at Saint Colomban's Bio Store and in the AMAP of San Sebastian, Rezé, Sorinières and Aigrefeuille.
