Gaïa is the name of Annabelle Le Tellier's dog and that of her farm: le Jardin de Gaïa. This former executive in the retail sector wanted to do a job that would connect her with nature. She started breeding goats in the open air. She has a hundred of them on her farm and produces the cereals needed to feed them organically. She also makes fresh goat cheese every day, plain or flavoured, but also matured semi-dry and dry. An opportunity to meet her and stroke her goats.
