In a maritime atmosphere decorated with varnished wood, a modern cuisine inspired by seafood: tuna tataki, carrot foam, ginger, marsh herbs. Amazing foie gras with chocolate and lemon jelly, followed by wild monkfish with American carryout, or if you still prefer meat, Iberian pork chop with chorizo hummus. And finally, the star dessert: a Paris-Le Croisic, salted butter caramel.
