Excellente cuisine et saveurs délicates. Paradoxalement, prenez le menu à 28 € si vous avez fin, car le menu à 38 € est un peu trop en "finesse" : les 3 langoustines en nage savoureuses, les 5 coques avec du caviar du Croisic exquises, le quart de filet du bar à la sauce truffé divin, et le dessert succulent.
Attention aussi à l attente entre chaque plat : le raffinement se mérite !
