Soyez curieux et n'hésitez pas à aller découvrir la ferme des jardins de la mer et de vous inscrire aux ateliers cueillette et cuisine des algues. Valérie et son mari sont des passionnés qui nous ont transmis leur savoir, ils ont changé notre vision des balades au bord de mer et aussi d'avoir un œil différent sur les richesses de la mer. Nous sommes sortis de cette formation enrichis en connaissances et de toutes ces possibilités de transformations culinaires grâce aux algues. A découvrir absolument????
