The Manoir manor house has been a historic monument since 11 May 1921. The manor house is located at the height of Saint-Jean-de-Dieu. This mansion of the late th century belonged to Gentlemen of Lespine, a Protestant poet of the th century, the edict of Nantes made Croisic a place of worship for huguenots. He served as a residence in the painter Ferdinand Loyen du Puigaudeau, near the school of Pont-Aven. On the right, the site of the old salt marshes of Saint-Goustan, built in the th century.
