La belle-iloise's famous preserves are within your reach. For three generations, the Hilliet family has been making gourmet fish preserves. Only the finest raw materials are used. The fish is fresh, not frozen, and processed by hand. Did you know that you can give tins as gifts? At La Belle-Iloise, you can, thanks to the excellence of our products and presentations featuring sardines, albacore tuna, fish soups and by-products (seaweed salt, samphire, rouille...). Discover, among others, the famous recipe for pan-fried sardines à la Nantaise, which combines sardines, early vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, garlic and parsley, and Muscadet, and is served hot. New recipes are added regularly. A tasting session is kindly offered.
