Bois Joly is located in the Pallet, 20 km south-east of Nantes. It is a family farm of 30 hectares of old vines averaging 30 years, and 60 years for the oldest. The owners are from parents and grandparents Vignerons winemakers. The quality approach is very important in this area. The vines enjoy the lightest possible chemical treatment in order to best respect the environment. A delicate pressing makes it possible to extract the best juice. The latter will then be carefully débourbés before being finely vinified with suitable temperature.
