GÎTE DE LA CORDERIE
Gîte 4 stars, 3 ears of corn and Ecogîte label offering fitted rooms and a terrace with a view of the Loire.
Located on the banks of the Loire, facing the marshes of Audubon, this cottage is an 1845 house which has been entirely restored by its owners, Marie-Pierre and Alain Le Coz, after they bought it on a whim to transform it into a cottage (their house is just nearby). This house was the residence of the last descendant of the lords of Pellerin, Jean-Philippe Binet de Jasson. Between 1985 and 1999, the building became the home of the sailors of the Port Autonome Nantes-Saint- Nazaire. Two rooms furnished with charm and comfort are available, one of which has two beds. You will have the pleasure of enjoying the enclosed garden of 300 m² and the terrace with a view of the Loire. The cottage has received many distinctions, including 4 stars in the "Furnished for Tourism" category, 3 ears of corn and the Ecogîte label and since 2015 the Charme & Château label by Gîte de France. It should be noted that this accommodation is close to the "La Loire à Vélo" and "La Vélodyssée" routes and has been part of the "Accueil Vélo" network since November 2013.
